The ST4 is an extremely versatile tool with a wide range of applications. Its strengths lie in the unique ability to program complex camera moves once only possible with large and expensive MOCO units. What’s more impressive is that it can carry a camera package up to 15 lbs.
DANA DOLLY INTEGRATION
Mount the ST4 on a tripod or pair it with the Dana Dolly to incorporate fully repeatable and complex dolly moves. It utilizes a motor and belt drive system that is secured on either end of the dolly track. The dolly, pan/tilt, and focus axis are all controlled remotely from a Playstation 4 remote. Each axis can be programmed separately with up to nine individual key frames for precisely choreographed movement.
PROGRAMMABLE FOCUS
For critical VFX shots where each frame needs to perfectly match, the ST4 comes with a programmable focus motor. This focus motor will be particularly useful for shots with multiple subjects or focus racks.
